Genesis 2:21-24
God could have made Eve of dirt, leaves, sugar & spice & everything
nice buy instead he uses a piece of Adam b/c marriage is about being
of one flesh & the same with the church. When u decide to find a wife/
husband u are stepping onto a supernatural train with help on high b/c
God is in a battle to keep his picture in tact.

Mathew 18:19
If u can find someone & yall can agree u can have whatever u ask! That
doesn't mean everyone be the exact same. The word agreement means
sumphoneo which comes from the word symphony. It means different
instruments come together and blend. If ur in disagreement with a
person marriage will only make if worse.

Ephesians 5:25-32

The word husband should not scare u single men. Nothing makes the
devil more nervous than ppl agreeing with God. B/c when u agree with
God everything that looks bad will turn around for your good. Get out
of religion & into a relationship with God! When God created marriage
he created a picture of what church & God should be. The plan of enemy
is to mess up the picture. When we think marriage we think ball &
chain, or boredom, or fussing & fighting. The enemy knows if he can
mess up ur image of marriage then he can mess up ur relationship with
Christ.

How do I know I should marry:
1) do we agree?
5 areas of agreement u should have: S.M.I.R.K.

Sex-corner stone of a good marriage! Good marriage=good sex
At least 3-4 times a week u should be having sex. Share with one
another what u find attractive b/c ur body is not
ur own once ur married. If ur man don't want u to cut ur hair-
don't. If ur lady want u to go to the dentist-go.

Money-one person who spends & one who saves $..not an agreement.
Career decisions. If she gets a job in Alaska are u gonna go. Also ur
ability to put everything 2gether. If u can't put ur $ in an account
that u both have access to then u don't need to be together b/c
there's no trust.

Intangibles- know the little things that are important b/c little
things mean alot. Find out each others pet peeves.

Religion-agree about what u believe in God. You need to worship where
he wants to worship.

Kids- how many do u want? How many do they want? If u want 4 & they
want none it won work. Talk about how u wanna raise them. How were u
raised? Talk about kids from ur previously relationships if u have
them. If he loves u..he needs to love ur child as well.!!

Can we communicate?
1) how often do u argue? Every week? Not good. If u are arguing e
everyday that's Gabriel the angel telling u to run!!
2) do u listen 2 eachother? If ur rushing each other or u hate when
that person starts talking then u don't need to be together.
3) do I think he or she is crazy? If u think that DONT BE 2GETHER! If
ur already accusing eachother of crazyness or if u imagin ppl saying
things they didn't say..u are crazy!
4) do u think he or she is stupid? Communication problem! That means
ur missing eachother cuz u should not need a translator to understand
one another.
